Bielefeld is a university town, which means: a lot of students!
Campuses are located pretty close to each other, which allows interdisciplinar exchange among students. International exchanhe is an option, too, as the university has international partnerships in different countries.
The library is simply amazing! The main building also has probably everything you might desire: from a small bio-backery to swimming pool (!) to post-office.
