My university is one of the best business schools in lille. It has lived upto my expectations. The proffesors are well trained and they give us so many inputs to understand the subjects completely. They help us with our projects. The cultural diversity among students is a great experience. It paves a way to understand and know their perspective
View moreIt’s more international than I expected. There are students from all over the world who speak good English so there’s no problem within daily conversation. Also the french people I met so far are nice though sometimes we cannot communicate well.
The school life so far goes quite well, I haven’t had much courses yet but classes are okay. The course registration process is a mess though but the campus and the facilities in classrooms are of good quality.
Pros:
Well structured syllabus.
Most faculties are good enough at their work.
Has students from various geographical regions of the world.
It’s located near the Center of the city. So, there won’t be problems with transportation.
Cons:
As Ieseg is relatively new when compared to other b-schools in France, it is not well recognized in the job market.
Once you graduate from the university, they would stop responding to you emails and will cancel your student email address. So, getting your degree certificate and final marksheets would be a bit of a hassle.
Some faculties doesn’t have a good command over English language.
Alumni network isn’t great as they claim it is.

View moreI really like this School. I think it has great education and it opens many opportunities for me in the future regarding my future jobs.
I like the fact that you can choose from a large variety of Masters and that you can specialize in what you really want to do.
I studied at the Paris campus in the five-year Grande École programme. The best part about IÉSEG is the diversity of students and the infrastructure provided to the students. You will find students from every part of the world and your courses will well-equip you for the workplace. The buildings are well equipped right from heating, printers, labs to vending machines on each floor. Overall, it provides a very competitive and rigorous experience for the students. It met all the expectations I had of the school before attending.
There are no on-campus accommodations but given that it is located in La Défense, a prime business area in Paris, you would easily find reasonably-priced accommodations nearby. You can expect most student residences to be priced around 700€. There are also many clubs and you take part depending upon your interests. You will be able to find a club for all your interests here and if you don’t find a suitable one, you can find a new club for that as well! There are no restrictions.
The only point of improvement that I can see is the standardisation of timings for students since the class timings are really random and are not fixed. One can understand this to be justified from the POV of professors but it could be really tiring and unpredictable for the students.
I would definitely recommend it to someone who would like to work in France. You can check the school’s accreditations and rankings and I’m sure you would come to know it’s a great business school. Not the best in France but definitely a contender for one of the best in the country.
View moreI am learning new things from this University. It gives me international exposure and I am able to learn from different perspectives as there is a lot of diversified cultures here and this helps me to gain more and more knowledge. The professors are very professional here and they teach in a very simplified way.
View moreA very high-quality business school with great teachers ( nearly 100% of them with a PhD in their subjects ). I met amazing people from all nationalities and learnt in a positive environment.
I would recommend this school for the quality of the courses there. In addition, the campus in La Défense ( near Paris ) is great and modern.
