I studied at the Paris campus in the five-year Grande École programme. The best part about IÉSEG is the diversity of students and the infrastructure provided to the students. You will find students from every part of the world and your courses will well-equip you for the workplace. The buildings are well equipped right from heating, printers, labs to vending machines on each floor. Overall, it provides a very competitive and rigorous experience for the students. It met all the expectations I had of the school before attending.
There are no on-campus accommodations but given that it is located in La Défense, a prime business area in Paris, you would easily find reasonably-priced accommodations nearby. You can expect most student residences to be priced around 700€. There are also many clubs and you take part depending upon your interests. You will be able to find a club for all your interests here and if you don’t find a suitable one, you can find a new club for that as well! There are no restrictions.
The only point of improvement that I can see is the standardisation of timings for students since the class timings are really random and are not fixed. One can understand this to be justified from the POV of professors but it could be really tiring and unpredictable for the students.
I would definitely recommend it to someone who would like to work in France. You can check the school’s accreditations and rankings and I’m sure you would come to know it’s a great business school. Not the best in France but definitely a contender for one of the best in the country.
