My biggest concern about the University of Tuzla is that a large number of teachers have very little, or not at all, experience in praxis and cannot explain anything that is not by the book. That leads to the issue of their teaching techniques being outdated.
Sadly, another huge problem is that not all students are treated equally.
Personally, I’m not satisfied with the level of knowledge gained and I think that a lot of curriculums are created based on what a particular teacher knows, and not based on what a student needs for future career or continuation of their studies. I think that many students who want to go to Master studies to another country, won’t have sufficient base for that, or will have to cover up so many topics and modern techniques themselves.
Also, lack of any praxis is a huge problem for students.
