The University of Zaragoza is a public institution of Spain that was founded in 1542. It is situated in the heart of Aragon, surrounded by the Pyrenees and they Iberia Mountain. The University is formed by three campuses spread in the three regions within the autonomous community of Aragon: Huesca, Zaragoza, and Teruel. The University finds its roots in the old Ecclesiastical Schools, one of which was the ancient School of Zaragoza, created in the 7th century, and whose patron was Bishop Braulio, who later went on to be the first patron of the University. In the time of the Renaissance during the 16th century, the University of Elsa was first recognized as leading Institution in the research field of Science, Literature, and Art. Philip III confirmed the status of the University and also as quiet as a great himself from there in 1599.Show more

At the University of Zaragoza there is a very familiar atmosphere, that is, the welcome from the professors to the students is very close and safe. In addition, the companions that are made during all the courses become friends who will soon become a second family.
I would like to highlight that at the University of Zaragoza it is very easy to learn since many of the professors like their work and it is clear that they have passion for what they explain.
View moreAt the University of Zaragoza there are good and bad things like anywhere, but something that I think they do very well is to leave us sixth grade free only with hospital practices to prepare for the MIR.
View moreGood lectures structure. The workload within each week is very organized, with tasks and assignments with a precise deadline. Professors are always available to provide information, mostly to foreign students, and help them in the right direction. I really liked the cooperation in the team during the courses, which I think helps students to develop better their own skills. Not too international as a school, but it has been a really good experience at a valuable university.
View moreBeing here for almost 4 years, I could conclude that my student life is nothing but exceptional at Unizar. A very good place with talented personnel, multiple opportunities for education in diverse cultures and communities. Being an engineering graduate from this university, I am very proud to say that graduating from Unizar is definitely one of the greatest and most memorable moments of my life!
View moreThere are really not many things to complain about, the student life in the city is great, the studies are from good quality and the facilities are satisfactory. I did both my Bachelors and Masters degree and I have never been unsatisfied with the level of knowledge of the professors. However, while they are able to give extensive academic knowledge, we miss the company perspective. Namely, the university is not connected with many companies to offer internships or traineeships, which for study like biotechnology is crucial, in my opinion.
