I’m pursuing MSc in Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College London and 2 months in, and I already feel that so much has been conveyed to us, students. It may sound cliché but at Imperial, there are loads of opportunities to learn the subject as well as explore new facets of yourself. The subjects are given a thorough engineering background check and the professors are amazing at communicating their lectures and giving insights from their own experience in the field.
The course is fast-paced and a student is expected to be able to cope with the pressure. In my opinion, it mimics a very real-world scenario. This helps us in becoming excellent time managers.
Campus life offers casual open spaces as well as an insane number of clubs and societies. They even have a society for scuba diving and flying. A master’s student has typically only a year at this landmark institute so it ultimately boils down to what the priorities are.

Imperial has excellent programmes that equip students for industry and research. The competitive environment will keep you on your toes and encourage your best effort, but it can get overwhelming for some people. Overall, I highly recommend the university for anyone looking for a culturally diverse and academically driven college experience.

Great connection with the industry and organised. Very good facilities but some lectures need to be improved. Good studying material and excellent networking opportunities. Also. very dense timetable.

World Class University, excellent professors! I love biology and this uni is awesome in the bioengineering field, and I am able to expose myself to world-class research. So far I get to learn a diverse range of courses like maths chemistry and physics too.
