The University of Bristol Law School has an amazing reputation all over the world and graduates are highly respected. However, in reality students are self taught, lectures are delivered but contact hours and opportunities to test your knowledge and understanding are minimal. As such what you get of it at the end of the day is not well rounded knowledge but a well respected piece of paper.
View moreBristol is fantastic; there’s always someone willing to assist, whether it’s with personal concerns or technical issues. It is very accessible to disabled people, having ramps across campus, disabled restrooms, and lifts, as well as corridors that are large enough for wheelchairs to pass through. The Students Union is very passionate about equality and making sure that everyone’s voice is heard, as well as honoring pronouns and listening to what the students want to see changed. You receive regular notifications about modifications being done, such as resurfacing a road/path or the times/locations of support groups for bereavement, eating disorders, and other traumas. The University of Bristol is fantastic in assisting students, and there’s always someone to talk to!
