Birmingham City university is an underrated university which unfortunately is still in the shadow of University of Birmigham. BCU has offered me the opportunity to study the course i wanted which at the time was not something that most universities offered. The modules were well organised and the tasks we had to complete for each module proved to be very useful for my future development in the field. Furthermore, i was also lucky to find good staff members and teachers during my degree at BCU, aspect which definitely improved my overall experience there. It is a shame that the campuses are quite far from each other, however it is very little chance for students to be required to travel between campuses during a day of classes.
In conclusion, BCU is a univeristy which is growing in popularity constantly mainly thanks to the univeristy’s approach to help people specialise in certain fields. My experience there was a very good one so i definitely recommend people to search for their degree at BCU.
It’s a great experience for anyone who wants a change in their life. Everyone is very welcoming and the course inductions are amazingly held. They have experienced lecturers who are great at explaining and teaching the course and you don’t feel left out as there are thousands of students you meet and interact with once you go there. They have a wide range of societies which are welcome too all. Events are organized with a lot of dedication to make sure you have a really good experience. Overall, it’s a great university.
