The Abbey DLD Colleges is a group of 3 independent schools based in London, Manchester and Cambridge. DLD College London is the oldest of the three schools and is one of the most prestigious colleges in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1931 and has been educating students ever since. Abbey College Manchester was founded in 1990. It offers International Foundation programmes with focus on either Business; Science; Engineering; Humanities; and Creative Arts. Each year, the majority of students moves onto university degree programmes after finishing their courses at Abbey College. In 2017, the colleges achieved the highest average results. 99% of the students passed their A-Level exams, with 51% students achieving top grades.
