UCM is one of the biggest universities in Spain, yet, in my short experience, I can tell most teachers are real experts on their subjects, and many of them like and are good at teaching. However, not everything is perfect as I have had problems with having a substitute teacher, and that is the only problem I have had. There is a lot movement and activities around for students to enjoy and participate in. The facilities are not cutting edge, computers being not good enough, although classrooms, halls, washrooms, even gardens, are great and functional, they do the job perfectly fine. Also, another topic to mention is that, especially in my faculty, there is a lot of international students which I believe it is fantastic. To sum up, there is improvement to be done, of course, as everywhere else, but, overall, a great university.
