I studied Agricultural Economics and Extension, the programme was awesome but I think more than required were admitted cos the classes were so crowded. As a matter of fact my department had the highest number of students on campus.
The lecturers were up to task and professional, the social life is superb as there were others extra curriculum activities to do, clubs, shows, etc
The major challenge was the industrial strike and other internal crisis by lecturers caused by supremacy fight btw the two owners of the school, Oyo and Osun state. But the school is now fully owned by Oyo state and I think the crisis is no more in existence.
I will definitely recommend it to students willing to study any course in university that is available in LAUTECH. As the school has always been the best state university in Nigeria as she tops the ranking by webometrics up till date.
