I would recommend it because of its highly qualified staff, especially in the criminal law department at the school of law. Moreover, graduates of this University have very good prospects of a career in the job market because of its high status both at a national and international level

I highly recommend it for every student who’s about to complete their studies in a Greek Uni. The organisation, the student life and, of course, the high level of the professors there, are the main factors for this choice.

The city is amazing. Students from all over the world can meet every day in the campus and around the city. The curriculum is recently updated. Professors were OK then (2004), and facilities needed a bit more attention. I think that today, the situation is already much better.

It’s well organized. Lessons were taking place as scheduled. The majority of the professors were helpful and encouraging. One of the practical advantages is it’s location, in the centre of Thessaloniki.

The university had a fairly good curriculum (Department of Law), covering a variety of subject areas. But facilities could be improved and new teaching aids available! Teachers are trained with full knowledge of their subject.

The academic environment is very challenging, especially given the fact that there are very experienced professors, willing to contribute to research and teaching. However, the university facilities, as well as the campus, are poorly maintained.
