I really enjoy my program. I get to have a hands-on experience while learning new techniques that can further my dream career. I am able to learn new things every day and bake all day with new people that over time become friends. The instructors work in the industry, so they are very knowledgeable about the curriculum. With covid, it was still an experience and I am very excited to see how the program will progress now that the restrictions are lifted. The theory classes allow you to learn the science of baking and how to run your own business
