The people
My department (social policy) has been amazing but the overall culture is very toxic. There are few opportunities to mingle, to connect and to build and maintain relationships. Coming here is rewarding in most part because of the name but it comes at a cost of isolation and stress. When you do make those genuine connections, you’re blessed with lifelong friendships spanning across the world and it’s beautiful
