Regarding the University of Belgrade and the Faculty of Law within it, I believe that the potential of the faculty itself is not used, and that the education system has become obsolete. Lack of practice, too much theory in the first place. Furthermore, the hyperproduction of lawyers, bearing in mind the large number of enrollments per year, contributes to the poorer quality of teaching and the ability to transfer knowledge from the professor to the student. We have a tradition, knowledge also, but we do not use it in the right way. It is also necessary to correct objects that are learned and laid, since many do not follow the development of legal science.
