Education, Quality and opportunity

Overall I think IUGB is a good university, an international one, so we have the opportunity to get in touch with people coming from different countries. During my times there, I really enjoyed being involved in the community. They have many clubs and activities. I enjoyed the courses too. The teachers were good and patient with students, especially in my department(MET). They work hard now to get each students, a chance to be part of the professional life by finding internship or contrats etc. The fees and tuition are a little bit high but I think for the work quality they show it’s a good bet. I would recommend IUGB for sure.

The best you can study at in the South so far

Most students in the Southern Metro would consider San Beda College Alabang as their top choice since there's nothing much to choose from around the area. It's in a quiet and comfortable village only accessible by car, tricycle (a form of public transportation common in gated or small communities), or even by foot from the main village gate. For the quality of education, I guess it mainly depends on the professor a student will be lucky (or unlucky) to have per subject and also for the course taken. However, the institution should quickly update its course curriculum as it looks like the latest list of subjects for Communication Arts remains the same as I remembered it 7 years ago. The tuition fee and other fees here remain to be one of the highest in Metro Manila and might not be that pocket-friendly for middle-class students. But then, it can be all worth it in the end if you take Accounting and Law courses.
