Unexpected Attraction

I did not think that I was gonna go to Chapel Hill. In fact, I hadn’t heard of it until my friends told me to apply. I went on 2 tours of the campus and it rained both times, which pretty much took UNC off my list.

I eventually did decide to go and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. UNC-Chapel Hill is a fantastic school. From the moment you get there, you feel as though you are entering a new family. Finding and bonding with other students that have shared interests is surprisingly easy in the dorms, classes, and clubs.

UNC professors, for the most part, are very engaging and willing to take time after class to make sure that you understand the material. Class sizes are pretty standard, and I really like that the classes needed for majors are flexible.

There are 2 things that I didn’t like about UNC. The first is that you are only allowed to graduate with 2 majors. I technically had enough credits and classes for a 3rd, but you aren’t allowed to have that many. The second is that they kicked me out after 4 years and I liked it so much that I wouldn’t have minded staying longer haha.
