My overall opinion on TCNJ is that it’s a beautiful campus, a majority of everyone is very nice. TCNJ has great academics but our dining hall isn’t the best. Also, it’s a desert during the weekends a lot of people go home.
View moreI like the school it is peaceful, but it can be boring at times. There isnt much to do on weekends on campus or surrounding. The dining hall isnt the best but it can be good sometimes. The professors Ive had are very nice and helpful. The classes Ive taken, i have enjoyed, they were challenging , but managable. Depending on your classes the workload can be a bit much but I feel thatll be at any university. The tutoring center is great if you need extra help, due to them working around your schedule. Alot of opportunities with networking for internships and future jobs.
View moreAcademic wise, TCNJ is a good school. Most professors genuinely care about their students and teach well. Other than that the school is lacking in the other areas. Food, dorms, social life are all below average.
View moreThe professors at the school are very helpful, supportive and encouraging, specifically within the Psychology major. There are opportunities for independent studies, research and the ability to apply for internships, which is very helpful for applying to graduate school programs. It is a liberal campus, and made up of a diverse study body. There are opportunities to learn about people different from yourself, as well as be yourself.
View moreI like the school however I feel like the less known programs get overlooked by the faulty and the people in charge and get less funding and less attention than the programs such as business nursing and teaching.
