All I can say is, Gallery Night. It’s New Orleans coming to Pensacola. The party scene is pretty cool. There’s always something to do, you just need to meet the right people to really enjoy yourself. There are literally 3 or 4 parties every week.
View moreThe academic courses offered at my school are just amazing. The professors are all very clear about what they expect from you. The fifth grade workload is heavy to bear at the moment, but I don’t feel overwhelmed with my schoolwork. Like many others, I also take full advantage of the school’s tutoring and study labs. Graduate Assistants are very helpful in breaking down information and applying it in the simplest way of teaching that works best for you!
View moreThe campus is located in a small town, but the historic center is 15 minutes away and the old seaside resort is 15 minutes away. Various cultural events always take place downtown and are usually free for the public. Free parking on the beach makes it easy for students to get around, and the trolley service that runs from campus makes it a free ride to the beach for the day. There is plenty to do in Pensacola, from the naval base, to downtown museums, to the city’s nightlife.
View moreMy school offers so many degrees that I honestly couldn’t name them all. We have several diplomas in each major category. Here, teachers strive to be one-on-one with students. I like the psychology department. Not really difficult if you make an effort!
View moreI learned that a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida is one of the most valuable degrees in the country. Students with a degree from UF are considered highly qualified candidates with a genuine application. I am confident that I will be able to find a job after school.
View moreI play women’s soccer at my school and it was a great experience. The facilities are brand new and the coaching staff is dedicated and cares about the athletes. Being separated from UWF Athletics has been great. It’s a small school, but sports are important to the community.
View moreAs a college athlete at the University of West Florida, I absolutely love it! The coaches and trainers are all helpful, experienced and go out of their way to help. The gym and facilities are kept nice and clean. It’s usually a great atmosphere to be in.
