ISU is a hidden gem! The campus is just the right size and has a welcoming vibe. Professors here are top-notch – they’re approachable and really invested in your learning. The range of programs is impressive, so you’re bound to find your passion. The Milner Library is a great spot for hitting the books.

Normal, Illinois may not be a big city, but it’s got its own charm. The community is friendly, and there are some great local spots. Plus, the campus events and activities keep things lively. The winters can be cold, but that’s just an excuse to bundle up and enjoy the snowy scenery. If you’re after a close-knit, enriching college experience, ISU is a fantastic choice!

Great school and great programs but the higher ups are the worst. They don’t really care about the students, nor do they even attempt to act like they care. But some of the professors are really cool so that makes the school worth it.

Illinois State University is absolutely the best school to attend. The campus is so beautiful and has the best places to study. It also has the right balance of academics and social life. Students will find plenty of chances to succeed here. Illinois State has a lot to offer students in terms of student life, resources, and career opportunities for a public state school.

Illinois State University may seem like a low ranked school due to its high acceptance rate but this school is very good in terms of academics, especially in business. The business school at ISU has so many dedicated clubs and coed fraternity’s to help students build their skills in order to help them achieve their goals. As a current marketing student I can say that ISU does help students prepare well for whatever career path they may choose and that the professors and staff are dedicated to helping students succeed. Plus the college town is very safe and walkable. There’s something for everyone at ISU even for the city girls like me. If ISU is on your list don’t cross it off because this school is great.
