The College of Estate Management, is now named the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) and was founded in 1919 by the “Chartered Auctioneers’ and Estate Agents’ Institute”. It was established to provide professionals for the Estate Management and Construction industries. The vocational education institution is based in Reading, in the county of Berkshire in England. As the leading provider of supported online learning, it offers high-level, accredited courses, specifically designed for the Built environment. Nowadays, UCEM has over 3,500 students participating in one of its courses. Those students come from all parts of the world, from more than 100 countries.
