Fashion communications at Brighton have an extensive range of opportunities, whether it’s gaining experience in photography, learning from some of the best of the best or learning the ins and outs of fashion styling. I would definitely say that if you’ve got the drive to push yourself, spend every single hour of every day committing yourself to the course and sacrifice some of your free time for the course, you will exceed. However, if you don’t, and want to still experience university and the clubbing experience, maybe try a less demanding course. Most submissions get 2 months to complete but you have to hand in roughly 6 pieces of work, sketchbook, final work, photoshoots, progress, blog posts etc.. lecturers definitely help out with ideas and critique certain parts of work but seem to be resistant to like the certain styles that are different from their own, learning is blended online and in-person but 6 hour-long lectures are beginning to reduce the attendance by significant amounts. It is definitely the perfect course for someone with the right work ethic.
