at Ankara University

Ankara University its one of the main Universities of Ankara (and Turkey), famous for its studies in politics and social sciences.

The facilities of the Uni are old but fine. International students have only a short list of subjects taught in English, which makes a little difficult to find a suitable one for your program. Professors are, in general, good, even though some other don’t care about international students.

One of the worst things is that sometimes there are some disturbances between students so the Uni closes for some days (as international student you don’t feel unsafe as when this happens there are a lot of security and only students can access to the Uni – you need o show your student ID-).

The majority of the campuses are located in the city center.
