Utrecht University has been a wonderful place to study. What I liked a lot what the small scale of the education, (in my case this was also because my studies of French and Italian had few students), where contact with the professors was very easy and quite informal. Therefore individual students could get a lot of attention if needed. The UU has two very modern and well equipped University libraries with lots of computers and study spots, and enough places to park your bike (very essential!). Furthermore, Utrecht as a city is just beautiful and full of student life 🙂
What made my time as a student at the UU even more special was my active membership of student association AEGEE-Utrecht, part of AEGEE-Europe. I developed my knowledge in University and I simultaneously developed my soft skills within my association. And luckily, when I wanted to attend AEGEE events, my professors at the UU were always very understanding!
