I went to Hanzehogeschool Groningen on my Erasmus semester and I had the pleasure to enroll in their The Campaign Programme. Their exchange programmes are organized in order to have a complete and closed experience during one semester. This means that they offer a series of closed subjects regarding different topics. This is more rewarding as a student since you can specialize in a determined area of knowledge, but can be a bit difficult regarding the validation of subjects with your current University.
With The Campaign, the idea is to learn how to produce a communication campaign for an external client and produce it in the end. Usually, the project groups are international students from all over the world as well as Dutch students that decide to enroll that programme (all the classes are given in English, though). The mixture of students from different countries makes it very interesting and gives you the opportunity to learn about other cultures while you work together to achieve your final goal and present it to your client.
All the Erasmus paperwork was sorted out in a couple days and their teachers are very professional, down to earth and will always help you as much as they can, but always with the idea that we the students are adults and should try to solve our problems ourselves.

Definitely an amazing experience in a beautiful, student city full of cultural events and activities that I would gladly repeat.
