In my opinion, the website is very usefull and easy to use. Nevertheless, the WiFi drops very often just as the virtual system where students consult their marks and the university mail (which is a little poor and sluggish. It also sends a lot of spam, and I do not like that). The workforce, such as secretaries, jurnitures and even teachers, are almost inefficient, so that students have to solve so many problems by themselves. Only a little group of teachers are excellent professionals in their field in due to they do not have are not involved or interested at the subject, which is frustrating. Some subjects are taught theoretically and I miss aspects that are really important for the students’ future (especially to learn to interpret and not to study by heart). Accordingly, it would be fine encouraging debates. Another problem is the schedules, I mean: many classes and compulsory practices match with talks, courses, etc., which are complementary and frequently very interesting. A positive point is the library. It has several study rooms, a lot of bibliography and an attentive and efficient staff. In short, although the University of the Basque Country is trying, it needs to improve in general lines.
