When it comes to mere academics, the Faculty of Engineering in Seville is mediocre at best. Limited teaching resources, unrealistic expectations by the professors and quite a low degree of internationalisation, but that’d rather be a problem to the faculty itself, not to the institution overall.
The city itself though is another story, it’s the perfect university town. Fair prices, compact yet not limited, and with ample cultural and leisure offerings and possibilities. Totally recommended for exchange students, even if you’ll probably remember more about the experience than the academics themselves.
