IN: I consider that in the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) you can find a very good people and interesting proffesors, as well as a ” well-provided ” Campus. However, the ULPGC is calling for paying too much, put a lot of difficulties to study and follow the rules as long as it earns money (overwhelming rates); when ULPGC have to give you back some money (eg rate return) it is its best to give you back to a thing. In addition, the bureaucratic diligences are always too slow and tiring.

ES: I think that at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) you can find very good people and interesting teachers, as well as a “well-equipped” campus. However, the ULPGC demands that you pay excessively, it makes you very difficult to study and follows the rules as long as you earn money (overwhelming fees); when the ULPGC has to give you back some money (eg refund of fees), you insist on not giving anything at all. Further. the bureaucratic diligences are always slow and tedious.
