For me, as a Dutch student, studying 4 years at the University of Extremadura has been a really good experience. My Spanish wasn’t at it’s best when I started studying, but my teachers and classmates have helped me a lot. As the University is not so big, the classes are small (around 17 students) and you get the chance to get good contact with everyone. The study itself is very ample, I use to say: You learn a bit about everything. The classes are very theoretic and I think it could be improved with some more practical seminars. Cáceres also gave me the opportunity to study one year abroad with the Erasmus program and this was the best, most instructive year of my life. I had the chance to learn German, to meet people from different cultures and to learn the Geography of Germany.
