When I graduated high school I was so lost.
I didn’t know what I wanted, so I just entered university as a plastic arts student while I found my way.
As I met new professors, explored the campus, and experienced eye opening courses, I found my place and transferred from a bachelors in plastic arts to a bachelors in the Arts: Program of Interdisciplinary Studies. The transfer in itself was simple, easy, and did not interfere with my classes.
The interdisciplinary program at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus is a great choice for students who want to mix academic disciplines without having to make a double degree.
I mixed classes from 3 departments and in the end graduate with a bachelors in Intercultural Communications and Modern Languages in exactly 4 years.
