A great journey. Could be more practical but was a good theoretical background.
I wish we have more labs and relations with real companies.
I moved to France and I’m working in the area. So in general was a great way and a great experience.
I recommend students check the study plan because is updated every year.
The University of Minho is a good university, in my opinion. It has a great location and the facilities at Gualtar campus are good.
However, there are some negative aspects:
-there are some subjects that should be updated, so students can meet the modern requirements the job market expects. For example, in the marketing bachelor’s, we should have learnt a lot more about digital marketing and its tools, since the world is going through a huge shift to digital and, let’s face it, it’s what is asked in almost every job application in the area;
-the lack of communication between professors and students should be more promoted.
