A few years after completing my undergraduate education at Iowa State University in the United States, I applied for and was accepted to the Biotechnology MS program at UAM, to be carried out in the English language. I have found the program and the city of Poznań in general to be satisfactory, with small class sizes to allow for personalized clarifications of assignments if need be. My biggest complaint, though, is that there is some lack of organization and I have had issues communicating with the university at times, particularly during the admissions process. However, I have found that having open email correspondences with admissions faculty helps greatly in that department.

The university meets its program requirements and assumptions. The classes are both practical and theoretical. There are many different events, conferences and projects taking place at the university in which students can participate. It is a friendly place and can meet the needs of students.
