UEK has not the highest level of education, comparing to other economical universities in Poland, but it’s not the weakest, I would say. You can meet here both very strict, demanding professors and that ones who will not ask you to do anything to pass the exam (but it’s not that common). In general it is not very demanding, so you will have a lot of free time to volunteer or have a part-time job. I studied Economics Analysis (in polish) and I would say, it was quite practical faculty, but as far as I know, level of education on UEP (Poznań) or SGH (Warszawa) is much higher. What I don’t like are administration processes – for example you still have to carry a real index instead of having online one. Good side is localisation – everything is close, on the one campus in city center, just near Main Railway Station and Galeria Krakowska. In campus you will find several cafes/canteens. There is a big facebook group “UEK Grupa”, where you can get any information you need.
