I’m Alessia Quarto, I’m studying for 2 years at the University of Parma and this is my last year of the first cycle of studies. My experience so far has been pretty good because I have found very qualified professors who have been able to share their passion for the subject they taught, university’s building is very good, we have many libraries, rooms for studying in a group, places where we can work together for projects. But one of the thing that I like less in the Italian learning system is the fact that there isn’t much practice and all is more theoretical; for this reason, many italian students have good preparation but little working experience. Something that I would change is also the relationship between professors and students, there isn’t an open dialogue and because of this sometimes, for students, it’s hard to communicate with them.
