I studied architectural and then structural Engineering, and my professors were extremely qualified (members of European commissions on materials and technologies). I loved our facilities in Napoli, but recently they’ve been “modernized” in an awful way by removing the old wooden and linoleum covers and destroying the step-like structure in classrooms (that is, now all the seats are at the same level and it’s impossible to see anything if you’re in the back row). AEGEE has been part of the last few months of my university career and gave it a totally different taste. My chances at interacting with the international community were quite limited before this lucky encounter, and if I could go back in time I would join an international student association from the very beginning.
