Currently I’m in my fourth year of studies at this university, and more specifically at the Finance and Accounting department. Firstly, it needs to be mentioned that the courses provided offer a diverse and multi-faceted education giving the students the ability to choose what fits them best and further study on it, from a wide selection.
Moreover, most of the professors teaching there really know their stuff and always try to make the students think for themselves without any restrictions. Of course, there are also a couple of what we would call “bad” teachers who are just not good at their jobs, but with the evaluation system in place they can leave.
Unfortunately, there are some serious disadvantages to this university in the education department, starting with the lack of space regarding amphitheaters forcing many students to not attend classes since they simply won’t have room to fit in the class.
Additionally, a quarter of the educational staff is comprised of older generation teachers, who while they know their stuff, they are more often than not lacking in their teaching skills especially in keeping the students’ attention, or they are not that familiar with modern technologies.
