I really enjoy studying at the University of Regensburg and would recommend it to prospective students at any time. Personally, I’m studying to become a teacher for secondary schools with a combination of English and history. I would criticize that the subject English is very overcrowded and it is very difficult to get places in the required courses. As a result, it is often not possible for students to complete their studies within the standard period of study. I also find the teacher training course much too theoretical. With only three mandatory internships at schools, far too little practice is taught.
