My opinion is that students attract their course and major when they understand all things about our major.
I think a friendly atmosphere helps them too.
The prospect of success is identifying the shortcomings and correcting them, in addition, turning them into power.
I joined my university for a course in translational medical research. The courses offered by the university were amazing and helped me explore various research fields. This course also offered me the opportunity to meet a lot of new people from different backgrounds and research interests and encouraged scientific dialogue between us. It was a very good learning experience for me and I would recommend it to everyone!
View moreI study Molecular Biotechnology M.Sc. at Heidelberg University and I have done the same study as B.Sc. in Heidelberg. The lectures and seminars in both bachelor and master are of very high quality. In the bachelor, all necessary skills in biology, chemistry, physics and maths are thought that is necessary to understand the research field and prepare you for the practical work in the lab. The master gives great opportunities to focus on a specific field of interest, to do many internships and to go abroad. One has to attend lectures and internships in the fields of pharmaceutical research, biophysical chemistry and bioinformatics. One of the three fields is chosen as a major, meaning that one attends more sessions in that field and writes the final thesis in it. The only thing I miss in the study is that opportunities to work in the industry are not communicated so well. In general it would be helpful to get more information about future job perspectives.

View moreI study physics. The education is really good as far as I can judge on it. The variety of research fields is gigantic and the reputation is excellent. The city is awesome, too.
I only give 4 stars because the university does not care for any student organisations or student life at all.
