The Stadelschule, also known as Staatliche Hochschule fur Bildende Kunste is a German school funded by a city, with 3.8 million euros from the city of Frankfurt. It was founded in 1815 in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse Germany by Frankfurt merchant Joahann Friedrich Stadel. A tertiary school of art with 20 students each year from 500 applicants which is 75% are foreigner and courses are taught in English.
The Stadelschuile has facilities that complement the teaching of Fine Art, Architecture and Curatorial Study courses.
