Overall, I’ve had a positive experience at this university. The professors are knowledgeable and genuinely engaging, and the classes are interactive, which makes learning enjoyable and helps the concepts stick.
One thing I really appreciate about it being an open university is that you get to meet new people in almost every class. It’s great for networking and broadening your perspective by interacting with students from different backgrounds.
The only drawback is that because the groups keep changing, it’s harder to form close, lasting friendships with classmates. You don’t get the same sense of bonding that you might at a traditional university where you study with the same cohort throughout.
That said, the quality of teaching makes up for it, and I would recommend it to anyone who values flexibility and learning from great professors.
