Studying for my Master Degree at Ascencia Business School Malta has been a very rewarding journey. The lecturers are approachable and knowledgeable, always willing to connect real world HR practices with the theory we learn in class. The diverse student community also makes discussions engaging and gives me the chance to see different perspectives on workplace issues. One area I believe could be improved is the attendance policy, as a bit more flexibility would help students balance academic and personal responsibilities more effectively. Overall, I feel that the program is well structured, practical, and preparing me with the right skills for a successful career in HR.
