To start, I have to say that I love my university, why? Well, it mainly has to do with the fact that there are a lot of opportunities. It doesn’t matter if you want academic or social, there is something for you. You might be concerned like I was about life after school (career options) as it relates to your major. How does this school help with this? They provide applications and prepare you for work after college. This helps you stay focused and determined to graduate at the top of your class.
View moreI’m writing this primarily as a solid for my daughter Camille, but at the same time it brings old memories back to life as I type. What can I really say except that it has been a great experience to be one of the mechanical engineering alumni of this institution. I made good memories, I met great people. It’s just been quite a ride.
View moreIt’s been quite a journey doing mechanical engineering in this institution, I’ve met a lot of people (including my girlfriend and my life partner). I learned many life lessons, some too valuable to pass up.
Words cannot describe the feeling.
View moreMy time at Arts et Métiers ParisTech has been wonderful so far.
The courses are great, very precise and of high level. Teachers are great and often doctors. They are very comprehensive toward the students. The school is in the Paris centre, which is very rare for engineering schools.
The facilities are cool and the accommodations are brand new. There are a lot of international students on campus, coming from schools that have a partnership with Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
Concerning student life, I have never seen so many societies and circles. I think there are more than 30!
Finally, career prospects are great here. Next year, I am going to KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm as an exchange student thanks to Arts et Métiers ParisTech’s partnership.
The Student Life in Arts et Métiers is very interesting. The first 3 months are teaching you human values like fraternity and inclusion. The classes are very general yet interesting.
You have a wide choice of International experiences possible.
Arts et métiers Paristech is one of the oldest Technical school in Europe but its programs are definitely based on the most recent technologies in terms of mechanical and electrical engineering. The school is also famous for its human values that are transmitted each year, which make its students very sought industry managers and project leaders. The campus is nice and historical, making the students feeling as part of a big and old family.
View moreIt’s a great engineering school! The net of former students is so big and our values are strong. We are studying mechanical engineering, with team projects and courses. It’s one of the oldest school in France with many traditions and values that create a real group spirit. The biggest alumni group in Europe allows us to visit companies, find internships and spend some good times with them. The international aspect of our school is also our force. We have so many partnerships with schools all over the world that allows us to make double degrees or master of sciences, with an international experience. I do recommend this school if you can study there or make an exchange with it.
View moreThis school offers very good knowledge of mechanics but a human formation too. The network is amazing and allows you to find easily a job or an internship. You will be able to improve both professionally and personally during the years there. You will keep in contact with a lot of Alumni (34000 members in the Alumni association) who can help you through your whole life.
Arts et Metiers engineers have great knowledge but know how to organize huge events too while promoting their personal values. They can be trusted and know how to manage a team. The improvement of every student through curses and associations is a real add for firms. Indeed, a lot of former students have important places in the most well-known companies of the world.
