In 1741, École des ingénieurs-constructeurs des vaisseaux royaux, ancestor institution of ENSTA was founded. In 1970, ENSTA was established. It is known before as École Nationale Supérieure du Génie Maritime. École nationale supérieure de techniques avancées is one of the best graduate schools of engineering in France. It offers students a higher learning in engineering with the aim of enabling them to be successful, help them develop their skills and help them manage complex technical projects. The broad nature of their education enables graduates to find career in one of the best companies and in a large number of sectors. The school has bulit a strong connection and made a number of partnerships with leading universities in numerous countries. The courses that the school are currently offering are scientific colurses, law, economics, management courses, culture and communication seminars.
