The programme was very different from anywhere else, offering oenology, wine production and enotourism courses with professors that are highly experienced in their fields, able to give detailed classes snd taking the time to ensure all students got a chance to understand.
The infrastructure of the main buildings was impeccable offering classrooms with built-in oenology furnishings such as individual basins and taps with drinkable water, tasting glasses for all students and a public collection of wines from around the world, of all qualities.
Overall a great and unique experience, provided mainly by the alumni, both french and foreign who made it an epic experience.
