Åbo Akademi University is one of the main studies institutions in the city of Turku, Finland. It is also the only Swedish-speaking university in the country. Therefore, the main study languages at this university are Swedish and English. Åbo Akademi gives a lot of study opportunities for international students, one of them is a master program in International Marketing. The faculty of Economics is located in ASA-building directly on campus. It has its own library and canteen for students. The university has a well-structured campus, every building is within walking distance (max. 5 minutes). Several libraries and cafeterias make it easier to study all day long (there is a late lunch menu at Gadolina canteen). The teaching staff is mostly very competent and friendly. Students can always count on personal feedback and contact. Unfortunately, from autumn 2017 all non-EU-citizens have to pay tuition fees (around 10.000 euros per program). Nevertheless, I think Åbo Akademi is a good choice for studies.
