The UASD is a well knowledge university, they have great professors that has really good knowledge and the methodology of teaching is very variable depending the person is teach you. i really like that their is a lot of young people that wants to get a professional background and that motivates more students when they about to go out from college, what i don’t like that theirs a lot of strikes when the people that manage the university are doing something wrong and that students don’t agree with it the students go into strikes. Anyways i will recommend the university because the professionalism and the very good teachers that have serve and dedicated their lives to the give very good education.
View moreIt was a fine university. I can recommend to others in what are the most important to do on going from college to there. It is always growing making relationship with others making collaboration, student fellowships and else.
View moreI believe the only word we can use to describe the Autonomous University is peculiar. This type of university is one of the few in the country that allows us to learn outside the curriculum or the classroom. I am the second generation of a single mother, who studied at the same university. As a Psychology student, I consider that the program is not comprehensive but presents psychology in a general manner. However, the course materials and the dedication of certain professors within my faculty continuously enhance my experience.
View moreFinishing college was a challenge, as you can imagine. There were several issues that did not work as desired, for example the organization of the school and the classes someone must take, the schedules, etc.
But overall I really lived being there all those years, the challenge kept my interested, the people and surroundings made me feel good and accompanied, the fact that we were all in the same mess, no matter the faculty, made me feel like part of a family.
In my opinion, I think that this university is the best in the Dominican Republic because of the good education it provides and the professors are highly prepared. There is one thing I don’t like: the system allows you to study per semester, it takes a long time to graduate unlike other universities in the country.
