I studied ICT Engineering in Horsens, can’t tell about other campuses.
1. It’s free for EU citizens.
2. The problem-oriented way of teaching is great. You won’t be learning theory for a year while still not being able to actually do something useful.
3. Personal approach in the first semesters and very relaxed atmosphere with teachers.
4. I found it quite easy. If I was more hard working, it would be a con, but I enjoyed it this way 😀
-But-
5. Some teachers were horrible.
6. I was part of a new specialization which was put together quite badly, we had several classes where we didn’t learn anything and there were no electives in last semesters that would match the new specialization.
7. Which brings us to some organization issues, etc. After a while we learned that we can’t expect much from the administration, or you will be disappointed.
8. Being practical and easy, you might miss some theoretical background if you plan to do some good Master’s in Computer Science.
Overall I would say it made great impression in the beginning and then it went slowly downhill, partly because of the badly made specialization. I think they cancelled it after two semesters and I heard the other classes/teachers were good or at least proper, so that might turn out a bit better for you.
