UFV is a great local school. The professors all have very accessible office hours, along with great support over platforms like blackboard or even just being responsive to emails. This school is also very available to working class and immigrant communities due to the low cost of tuition allowing for a student to make it through school working a part time job without debt.

Should improve the website for students, it doesn’t load every time, and sometimes it just crashes.
The University of the Fraser Valley is a wonderful university for undergraduate students. The campus is fairly small with clear signage, making for easy navigation, and beautiful scenery. Class sizes are small so each student gets plenty of face time with professors. There is also a great sense of community on campus because of its small size and class sizes.
There are, of course, a few downsides. There is currently fairly limited residency options and there is very little variety of food on campus. You’ll mostly be limited to triple O’s burgers and Tim Hortons coffee.
The university’s campus is very dull, lifeless almost. Most likely due to the pandemic, however some faculty do try their best to make it a warm and welcome place for new and returning students. The online service they have is well done, registering and paying for classes is made easy. As well as accessing your classes via blackboard is well executed.
