McGill University offers rigorous academic programs with brilliant professors who are knowledgeable and well-known in their respective fields. While this creates driven students who have access to many resources, it also occasionally creates unnecessary competition and thus lacks community with the classroom. However there are a great number of clubs and organizations to join outside the classroom to gain a sense of community n matter your interests. Moreover, experiences at McGill tend to wildly differ depending on the faculty, and as such there is no universal McGill experience.

I studied at Desautels faculty of Management, the professors were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, the material was on point, the programme allowed me to effectively customize my learning process according to my area of interest

MCGILL is very fantastic University. I highly recommend specially to those who want to study Engineering, Nursing, agriculture, education and LAW.
There have restaurants, clubs, shops and parks.
Have good environment. Mountains for skiing which are about two hours away.
They have good professor and cooperative administration department.
MCGill provide best health services which i really liked. Most students are serious about their future and spend huge time in library.
You can also learn a little bit new languages from international student friends which is really interesting.

A very competitive university with very competitive admissions of students. The admission here is strickly based on academics. The institution therefore has some of the best Students in Canada. I studied an undergraduate business program and I met amazing team of professors who prepared us well for the job market.

The main asset of the bachelor of commerce is that, unlike a classic business school, it is surrounded by other faculties. This brings a huge diversity to the student body and offers the possibility to take classes outside business.

The decision to enroll at McGill University was one of the best I have ever made. The university offers a wide range of programs and classes and the professors are deeply involved in the learning process, always there to support their students. McGill professors are generally very reputed in their fields, and as such, tend to have much more to offer than class material.

The program presents a broad curriculum, but their main focus is on finance and strategy consulting. The quality of the professors varies, but you can select the electives that you prefer, therefore you will be able to pick the most accurate for your development.
The campus is located in downtown Montreal, with a green area to relax and an excellent library to study. Montreal has an extraordinary cultural life, with one of the most important jazz festivals worldwide.

The thing that stroke me the most there was the diversity and how international it was. Life on campus was great and eye-opening, especially for somebody who didn’t grow up in North America. You also make lasting friendships and McGill generates great professional networking opportunities.

After a first year at McGill, I experienced the great social life and high standard academics. The university enables me to study multiple fields of practice such as art history, management, and social sciences which is a huge plus. The association and clubs offer is wide and for everyone. Although courses and workload are hard, I wouldn’t change it for the world
