Biggest problem with UNTZ is wide range of subjects that are completely out of sync with modern industry, lot of subjects with dated study program and lack of direction. Students gain a lot of general knowledge but leave the university without expertise in a certain field. On one part it’s because of the dated program, and for the other part is the lack of facilities for practical exercises.
In my personal opinion, if UNTZ is not able to provide up to date technologies for students to work with, than the best is to include a few months of practical work for students, in form of a necessary internship, before graduation. Which can be done trough a small initiative by coming to an agreement with local companies.
The university itself is very politicized anyways, it shouldn’t be a problem.
